• Advanced solutions including SaaS platforms, AI integration, cloud deployment, and maintenance.

The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing of any project will be defined in a separate written agreement or proposal.

By providing your email address, phone number, or other contact information to us, you consent to receive communications from NextGenZ Solution LLC related to your inquiry, project, and our services.

This consent includes communications via:

• Email: Project updates, proposals, invoices, and service notifications.

• SMS Text Messages: Inquiry responses, appointment reminders, project updates, and promotional messages (where you have provided explicit consent).

• Phone Calls: Consultations, customer service, and follow-up communications.

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email, replying "STOP" to any SMS message, or contacting us directly. Service-related communications may continue as necessary.

Your consent to receive communications is a material part of these Terms and is governed by the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable regulations.

Upon full payment of agreed fees, ownership of custom-developed deliverables for a specific project transfers to the client, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement is in place.

Pre-existing frameworks, libraries, and tools developed by us prior to or independently of a project remain our property and are licensed to the client on a non-exclusive basis.

Project pricing, payment schedules, and invoicing terms are defined in the individual project agreement or proposal.

Unless otherwise agreed:

• A deposit may be required before work begins.

• Milestone payments may apply for projects with defined phases.

• Final payment is due upon project completion or as specified in the agreement.

Late payments may incur additional fees and may result in the suspension of services. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in the project agreement.

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. This warranty is limited to the correction of defects reported within the warranty period specified in the project agreement.

Except as expressly stated, we disclaim all other warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that our website or services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components, or that any defects will be corrected.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NextGenZ Solution LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of our website or services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you have paid us for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NextGenZ Solution LLC, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our website or services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
